He holds a doctorate in social responsibility and is responsible for the proposed ISO 20121 service for SGS clients. He also facilitates the development of the SGS Performance Assessment approach to ISO 26000, works with organizations to develop their ISO 26000 based strategies and oversees the SGS Sustainability Reporting Assurance services and a wide-range of social accountability supply chain programs.
