For 14 years now, Ford Motor Company has documented its journey in their annual Sustainability Report, "Blueprint for Sustainability," which is now available at www.ford.com/go/sustainability. This report details Ford’s environmental and social performance, which is the result of employees’ hard work and commitment to producing superior products and conducting our general business with minimal environmental impacts.
 
Highlights in Ford’s 2012/13 report include:

  • Letters from Bill Ford (Executive Chairman), Alan Mulally (President & CEO) and Robert Brown (VP, SESE) outlining Ford’s progress in integrating sustainability into our business and collaborating with other organizations on sustainability issues
  • A summary of Ford’s performance highlights from 2012 and commitment to providing sustainable products that customers want
  • A summary of Ford's commitment to doing its share to reduce the potential for environmental, economic and social harm from climate change
  • Regional sections highlighting business units around the world, and a Supply Chain section detailing industry-leading human rights initiatives and leadership promoting decent working conditions throughout the automotive supply chain
  • An update on Ford's comprehensive advanced technology and electrification strategy
  • A section on Financial Health that summarizes the challenges facing the company and auto industry and how Ford is addressing these challenges through its ONE Ford plan
  • “Voice” articles from various internal and external subject-matter experts, including Ford’s own Chief Financial Officer, Bob Shanks, on critical issues facing our Company and the global community
