Ethical Performance have now started to produce RSS feeds of reports and events to allow you to constantly stay up to date with developments in CSR and SRI via email/an RSS reader.
whatisrss.com describes RSS as "RSS (Rich Site Summary) is a format for delivering regularly changing web content. Many news-related sites, weblogs and other online publishers syndicate their content as an RSS Feed to whoever wants it."
Basically the feed allows you to easily access our information as soon as we update it. If you see  on a web page it means they have a feed on their page. If you click on the link it will take you to something called an xml file which can be read by any RSS reader. If you already have a reader and click a button like this one  then it will add the selected feed to a reader you have set up.
You can find a reader with most search providers the best known being Google's Reader service
