Brother has begun a campaign to encourage businesses to use office printers more efficiently. The printer manufacturer claims in an online guide that improved printing guidelines and practices could cut carbon dioxide emissions in the average office by up to two tonnes a year. Its research found that only 11 per cent of businesses have a clear printing policy that takes account of environmental impacts.
