six come clean on emissionsJuly 2003
Half a dozen companies have jointly published figures on how much greenhouse gas they each produce.
The businesses – DHL Express Nordic (Belgium), Stora Enso (Finland), Nuon (Netherlands), Ikea (Sweden), The Body Shop (UK) and Interface (US) – have produced the statistics as part of the Business Leaders Initiative on Climate Change (Blicc) which they collectively set up in 2000.
The figures are contained in a Blicc report that sets out reduced emissions targets agreed by each company.
