KPMG gauges City activityFebruary 2002
KPMG has written to 120 UK fund management companies to establish the level of socially responsible investment activity in the City.
The professional services firm has sent a ‘benchmark survey’ to all UK investment management companies asking them how many of their funds adopt SRI principles, how many people they employ to research SRI matters, whether they think the market will expand, and to state their current position on SRI. KPMG will publish the results later this year.
